I have over 3 months of experience in Customer Service. 

My task includes the following:
.Answer incoming calls and respond to technician’s inquiry
.Management and resolve customer issues
.Provide product and service information to customers through technician
.Research required information using available resources
.Identify and resolve customer issues through technicians using applicable software
.Upgrading products, and services or system application and place customer orders through technician in the computer system
.Assisting technicians by providing internal technical support for password resets, applications and accounts administration.
.Route calls to appropriate resources
.Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
.Complete call logs and reports

I am a graduate of Juris Doctor or Bachelor of Laws and used to work in a law firm as a paralegal for almost a year. As a Paralegal, I assist lawyers in preparing and organizing various legal documents for upcoming cases and trials. One of my duties include preparing  affidavits and correspondence, discussing case details with attorneys and clients and organizing files for different legal proceedings.

Below are the duties as Paralegal but not limited to the following:

Summarizing cases and preparing reports for lawyers
Conducting research, investigating facts and developing legal arguments
Drafting legal documents such as contracts, depositions and pleadings
Preparing and filing documents with courts
Organizing and archiving the documents related to completed and ongoing cases
Keeping track of changes in legal framework and providing timely updates on these changes

I worked as a Secretary and Marketing Officer in a Nonprofit Organization for 5 years while taking up my Juris Doctor.
