I previously worked as an Email Support Representative at a ride-sharing company. My recent job was a Data Management Specialist for a financial company.
I'm good at replying to emails, solving customer needs. I was also trained to utilize Microsoft excel for data entry to the client's CRM software. I can mine, extract, and gather relevant data from the internet (a skill that I've acquired as a Data Management Specialist).
