As an experienced Customer Support with more than 5 years of experience with e-commerce, I have familiarity with platforms like Shopify and Zendesk. Also knowledgeable about HTML, CSS and basic Javascript.

I am efficient, able to work with minimum supervision and very eager to learn other things that will help me enhance my knowledge as an individual. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with the internet and technical stuff related to mobile phones and Upgrade to see actual infon type as fast as 50 words per minute.
