Profile Description

My work in a management consulting firm (1999-2005) and real estate company (2005-2012) have both involved the documentation and analysis of processes, as part of the preparation of companies for ISO certification.
I am quite familiar with ISO standards and have been exposed to different types of business operations.
I am also capable developing training courses for different topics that I can research on.
I have developed courses on a varied range of topics --- from safety management to customer service.
I also have experience in sales, although this is not a preferred task.
Personally, I can say that I am a reliable professional, and that I am quite efficient in managing several tasks at one time.
In my last employment, I have held up to 4 positions at one time, which included process quality, corporate branding, safety, and project management of a new real estate project to be launched.
