I'm currently working as a sales coordinator. I'm dealing with client's thru telephone & emails. Takes charge in receiving calls & handling clients & prospective clients inquiries. I see to it that I give them the best response to their needs. I prepare their orders & the documents needed for the shipment.
I attended also some seminars related to customer service. So for now, I am more confident on how to deal different types of customers. My level of knowledge & skills was good. I do have the telephone handling skills, communication skills, listening & interpersonal skills.
