I am a flexible Virtual Assistant with 5 years of experience working with Mortgage Lending, Real Estate and Plumbing/Electrical company providing all administrative support and task (invoicing, receipting, job and quote creation), KPI reports, basic accounting tasks and any fill-up tasks that clients requests to do. I also have 5 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative for an Automotive company. I handled customer emails ranging from product inquiries to customer complaints through email and phone. I always work hard and find ways to make my shift more efficient. I pro-actively communicate with my clients about ideas and suggestions on how we can make our work more productive. I want to make my freelance business a full time job.
