My education and work experience have built my competencies for this job. My reliability makes me to be your go-to person .. I have broad exposure to the English language. My professional exposure to the English language and led to expertise using it was when I joined BPO where I handled US account, soft skills training then is required for each agent. Till then English as a language is no longer new to me. In fact, at home, we use the English language as the main medium of communication. I also worked in Dubai for an American school and I worked hand in hand with Native American teachers, staff, and students too. Knowing the English language and practicing it are two different things it is on my advantage that I have both.
As a teacher Creative Writing has always been part of my profession as an English major. I write for an eCommerce website UK based on organic formulas and baby-related stuff.
I have experience in Lead Generation and Telemarketing the rest where I put stars I only acquired exposure through online training I attended.
