I have broad exposure to the English language. My professional exposure to the English language and led to expertise using it was when I joined BPO where I handled US account, soft skills training then is required for each agent. Till then English as a language is no longer new to me. In fact, at home, we use the English language as the main medium of communication. I also worked in Dubai for an American school and I worked hand in hand with Native American teachers, staff, and students too. Knowing the English language and practicing it are two different things it is on my advantage that I have both.
