Profile Description

I have been working in a credit repair company for almost 3 years now as Senior Processor and I believe that I am very equipped on this position. 

I also worked before as Account Manager in Ebay and amazon. My core tasks are replying to all emails everyday, making sure the account stays at top rated standing, I am dealing with customer problems/concern, making sure that they will be resolved asap and I'm confident in working which doesn't need to be spoon fed and capable to take my own initiatives when necessary. I also worked before as Quality Assurance Analyst which monitor calls to provide effective coaching and constructive feedback. I was hosting call calibration meetings with the representatives and made a follow up with department contacts on escalation tickets that are not handled in a timely manner. I also provided recommendation to Operations for process improvement. I have graduated as AB Mass Communication specifically in broadcasting through tri-media which I've really learned a lot specially on how to deal with different types of people. With all those experiences mentioned above, I was able to develop a good and positive attitude towards my work, being more reliable to my responsibilities and having a good work ethics to any kind of situation.
