Profile Description

My educational background and work experiences, both in the private sector and in the government, have enabled me to develop skills and competencies necessary for an HR job. I draft, implement, and review policies and procedures on recruitment, selection and placement, performance management,
learning and development, and rewards and recognition. More specifically, I monitor implementation and observance of national and international policies and laws on salary and benefits administration to employees in the government. I set targets and expectations in terms of level of productivity for competency-based performance management, and conduct coaching and mentoring. I design performance appraisal tool for employees. I regularly plan and supervise my HR team for quality output and outcomes. I conduct training needs assessments, create training designs, and conduct training and training evaluation. I also conduct research on human resource practices and legal bases necessary for disciplinary actions to employees.
I am proficient with Microsoft programs, LinkedIn, and Google forms. I am knowledgeable with global standards on human resource management. I am fluent in speaking and writing using English language. I am trainable, can work under pressure, even with less supervision. Lastly, I can easily establish rapport with different people.
