I am
As I graduate in college, my first job was a reporter/ writer/ anchor at Bombo Radyo Naga. Being in this profession exposed me to the reality of how media operates. I got to meet different kinds of people and how do they fear the media men. Staying in this organization, helped me to handle pressure in a positive way and was able to develop my communication skills to people. As my contract expires, I grabbed the opportunity working in Makati as a Production Assistant in Straight Shooters Media.
This company was also the company where I rendered my On-the-job trainee during college. Straight Shooters Media is an advertising company in Makati which produce advertisement in television, social media and in print. Being exposed to advertisement, I have learn on how to trouble-shoot problems when it arises, self-discipline and how to manage people around me. I was also taught on how to do client-servicing to our clients. I worked here for 1 year and a half. I was also a Project Manager at Modeo Media, an animation industry in Naga which exposed me on how to deal with the client. I also have an experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist/ QA Analyst in my current company which is why I have a keen attention to details. My current role in my company is Talent Acquisition Specialist – Recruiter/Coordinator which is more likely focus on recruitment services, interview scheduling, creating offer letter to onboarding.
