Profile Description

I previously worked as a Leasing and Admin Officer at JG Summit Holdings, Inc., one of the biggest companies in the Philippines. Prior to that, I also worked as a Leasing officer at Globe Telecom, the leading telecommunications company in the Upgrade to see actual info honed me to become more people oriented since I'm dealing with different clients with different
personalities.
Aside from that, I also worked as Customer Service Representative at Transcom PH handling UPS account. I'm responsible in handling customer's concerns regarding their Upgrade to see actual info helped to be more patient and understand customer service to the better meaning of the word, it's not just simply understanding the customer but identifying the root cause of their problem and helping them to resolve it to the best of your ability and providing a solution that surpasses their expectations. To sum it all up, it's just simply creating a positive and friendly attitude that creates a good first experience and leaves a lasting one.
I am hardworking, resourceful and goal oriented person. I'm flexible to adapt to different work environments and flexible to adjust to different work schedules. I'm always willing to learn and not afraid to learn new task as I'm the type of employee that wants to know every detail about my job so when a client or customer needs my help I would know how to properly help them.
