Profile Description

I've been a virtual assistant for a combined 10 years. I've worked with OTCHQ, and is familiar with Zendesk, ---------- for meetings, and used Liquid Planner as a portal for my past employer. I've done a bit of appointment setting but most of my work experience was about writing and audio transcription.
I was recently hired as a call center agent (level 1) for a BPO company and worked mostly with review confirming and customer support (via Zendesk) for ---------- for years ---------- . I have recently worked for the same site outside BPO company with added tasks such as weekly reports on employee outputs and consolidated reviews from clients to be posted on various social media platforms.
