Profile Description

Let me walk you through to my skills and experience, specially on the world of BPO Industry. Let me start on the recent one.
I've been a Customer Service Representative on Qantas Airline for about a year with different channels, it's either Digital way like "Web Chats, In App (Qantas App) or Text Messages, as well via Voice Channel when customers are calling the hotline. We are the one who's handling new booking, amending of flight booking or any other changes on passengers details.
Aside from that, I also worked as a Technical Consultant on a British Company named "Aptos" for few months. We're the one who's supporting the Point of Sale (POS) of some big stores on UK and other country. We remote their POS if there's some technical problem, we also do trouble shooting, setting up and many more.
I worked as a Sales Consultant as well for about half year on a US Telecom Company named Sprint. I worked there as an Inbound Sales Representative which the one who's processing the new plan that the customer will be availing, processing the upgrades of their phones and some other basic trouble shooting with a defective phones.
Aside of being a Sales Consultant on a US
base Telecom Company, I also worked on a Local Brand here on the Philippines which is Globe Telecom. I stayed there for a year as a Fraud Annalist/Customer Service Representative. We're the one who's checking the documents of the customers when they're applying for a post paid plans, we're verifying if those documents are legit or worst, fraud. We do
outbound calls on the employers of the customers to check if the indicated details on the documents that the customer provided is accurate or not.
I already encounter a lot of work loads which I greatly managed. I can assure you that I can do multi tasking, fast encoding or any data entry,
since I also worked as a part time Data Annalist/ Encoder on a highly known University here in the Philippines which is Ateneo University for a month. But before I started working on this industry, I also work as a fast food crew on Mcdonalds while I'm studying way back 2016 which is my first job which helps me and teach me a lot of things which brought me here on what I have.
