Profile Description

I have worked as an Operations Manager for various ecommerce companies for the past 3 years. I have been able to help my employers and clients build their business from the ground up, as well as thrive in an ever evolving marketplace.

Prior to that, I have worked as a Team Leader(Supervisor) in the BPO space fromUpgrade to see actual info. This involves administrative tasks such as taking care of agents' attendance, timekeeping, and payroll. I have also been extensively exposed to coaching, performance management and most importantly; client-facing interactions. My other tasks as a leader caters to employee engagement such as doing huddles, hosting events, and being involved with organizational development.

My role as a Team Lead has enabled me to become an excellent communicator. I am very proactive, and goal-oriented. I am well-versed in using any type e-mail program. Microsoft Office, Google sheets and Photoshop are my best friends. My typing speed is between 50-60 WPM.

Outside of work, I am a moderate user of social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. I also enjoy playing the guitar and boxing.
