Expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution.
-Confer with customers in telephone in order to provide information about the
products and services, to take orders or cancel accounts, or to obtain details of the
complaints.
-Resolve customer’s service billing complaints by performing activities such as
exchanging merchandize, refunding and adjusting bills.
-Refer unresolved customer’s grievances to designated departments for further
investigation.
-Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customer’s service
problem.
