Profile Description

-Resolves product or service problems clarifying customer’s complaint, determining the
cause of the problem selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem,
Expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution.
-Confer with customers in telephone in order to provide information about the
products and services, to take orders or cancel accounts, or to obtain details of the
complaints.
-Resolve customer’s service billing complaints by performing activities such as
exchanging merchandize, refunding and adjusting bills.
-Refer unresolved customer’s grievances to designated departments for further
investigation.
-Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customer’s service
problem.
