Profile Description

I am experienced in both voice and email support, being in the industry for three years. Because of this experience, I have an excellent, native-like command of the English language in written and verbal forms, on top of majoring in English for my Bachelor's and graduating Cum Laude. I assure you that the customer will not know the difference.
The programs I have knowledge of are Zendesk, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and Google Sheets, among others. I can work under pressure, without supervision, and I have organizational skills, meaning that I can differentiate the urgency of tasks.
