Overseeing business to business projects from start to completion with after sales support for a telecommunications company. Expertise with communicating and working under extreme pressure in order to complete and deliver clients' demands with the highest regard in quality. Responsible with working thru clients' downstream management team, tech dispatches, translation offices, sales and support teams, as well as scheduling the project phases effectively. Troubleshooting as well as searching for efficient ways to deliver the company's needs without sacrificing quality.
