i have a 7 years experience in customer service where in we manage the concerns, needs, and complains of the customer, in the past seven years, I experience working on different malls here in Cavite, Philippines. as a part of my achievement i became the team leader of our department i handled 15 different people handling 15 different brands motivating each and everyone to do give their very best on everything that they are doing and success will follow!.
Now i decided to change my career and go outside my comfort zone to challenge myself and exert all the hidden abilities that i might can give. i started going back to school taking 2 years Office Management and hopefully finished my course next year, fortunately i applied on one small company here in Cavite as a Computer Secretary and get hired.
i am now currently working as a computer secretary for almost 2 years.
