I worked as a Technical Support Analyst in Cambridge University Press for four years. I assisted customers who are having an issue accessing the journals they paid for or their account.
There are three streams in Cambridge that I dealt with. First in academic, I have to set up their the institutions account so their students, staffs, and visitors can access the journals or eBooks once they connect to the institution's internet connection.
Next is ELT, I assist the students, parents, teachers, and administrators in setting up their accounts or if they are having an issue with the product. Last is education, I assist the teachers by verifying their accounts and giving them a teacher's permissions.
