I've been in the customer service industry for the past 5 years, since 2015. Been taking in calls for different accounts back in the days, total of 3yrs. I've also been promoted to an admin post which is being a Workforce Realtime Analyst, wherein I manage the skill set/numbers of agents depending on how they were trained to ensure service levels and occupancy set by the client are met.
