Profile Description

I am Team Leader for operations and have an extensive experience in Call Center environment. Hence, I am willing to work in dayshift, midshift or even in graveyard shifts. I do have a good communication skills both written and verbal with an American accent. Because of my BPO or call center experience I acquired skills that will help me make a job well done such as great customer service skills, excellent time management skills, people skills and how to be a team player and self motivated. Therefore I am not afraid in accepting challenges, rather I always make the most out of everything I do and can work even with great pressure.
