Profile Description

I am a competent, self-motivated Virtual Assistant with excellent skills and successful experience. I am a licensed Civil Engineer who previously worked as a Project Engineer and a college instructor. A few years into my career, I began looking for a path that would allow me to live closer to my family in Balanga City, Bataan, Philippines. I became certified by Digital Marketer, helped advertised numerous eCommerce stores, and have worked remotely helping a dental consulting company in the US raise awareness for their program.


I have a great passion for working as a Virtual Assistant and I always make sure to keep up with all the newest and updated materials that may help in my career.


In addition, I have my own personal room fully furnished with all kinds of virtual purpose elements like a professional computer and a strong internet connection to ensure my 24-hour availability to the customers which are very important for a Virtual Assistant.

Moreover, I have worked with clients performing varied tasks, including:

-Communicate and provide Upgrade to see actual info using Skype, Slack and email correspondence.
-Prepare and organize databases and reports.
-Update the client's records and organize documentation.
-Take notes and transcribe meetings.
-Research information to deliver content to clients.
-Apply expertise in Microsoft Office applications to create Word documents, built spreadsheets and prepare PowerPoint slides for clients.
-Maintain spreadsheets and databases through data entry, data processing and using software applications to create documents.
-Prepare SOP for the members of the team.


As an eCommerce Virtual Assistant, I have worked with clients performing varied tasks, including:

-Launching FB Paid ads for various eCommerce stores.
-Created product pages using Shopify
-Build an Email Campaign
-Designing email templates
-Set up automated mails
