Hello, I am Ma.
Lipa City, Philippines. I am happily
married for 3 years with no kids yet. I
began my career in the food and beverage services, but a few years ago I was
drawn to the BPO/call centre industry. I
have been in the business for 12 years and have handled different types of
accounts starting with lead generation, surveys, appointment setting, being a
VA and customer service.
Summarising my years of experience, I have worked in a
telecommunications company supporting a healthcare account using Citrix and a
dos based tool and achieved to do a part time job as an ESL teacher where we
teach basic English to Koreans ages 5 to 18. Additionally, I have experienced
working in a Canadian account where my client visited the Philippines to train
me as his VA for an Insurance agency based in Toronto an d I worked for him for
2 years. I also became a QA, Coach, SME and a team leader. On top of that, I
spent 3 years of my career as a trainer for a prepaid and debit account in a
large company here in the Philippines. We handle employee’s payroll and their
disputes. I am also knowledgeable in Microsoft office, excel and PowerPoint as
well as Canva, salesforce, propstream and calltools. Also, I have experienced
skip tracing,
flyers, cold calling, video editing, basic wed design, social media and list
management.
I have invested my time in working and learning and I don't
think I can stop from there. I have been
working remotely for 2 years now and I feel ready to take my career to the next
level. My experiences boosted my self-confidence and drive me to continue on
exploring new things and learning as I work. Because I always believe that
learning is a continuous process and I am positive that this position is a
great opportunity to advance my skills and continue building my career and
