I specialize in handling supervisory/escalation calls assisting health care providers in benefits and claims of their patients and appeals. My previous jobs includes data entry/emails and live chat support for an online shop in the US and billing associate in the UK for an Internet Service Provider company. I provide top quality results to difficult issues and aim to always deliver great projects assigned to me before the set deadline.
