Profile Description

I had experience working
at an appraisal company based in Ohio for almost two years. My responsibilities
are to look for information about the assigned property (zoning, county info,
tax info, plat maps, and the necessary documents ready for appraisal) and
prepare the appraisal report in TOTAL, like doing the assignment, sales grid,
legal description, plat maps, comps grid, and zoning.
I also worked as a
Property Manager. My tasks are to respond to emails, SMS, and live chats of
clients. Answer inbound calls through ring Upgrade to see actual infot appointments with
clients and facilitate property showing and explain the program and policies of
the company.
I also worked as an
Appraisal Executive Assistant. My tasks are to manage the Appraisers' Email,
calendar, and Client portal. Email and respond to borrowers/POC to set up an
inspection, update the client portal with every progress of the report as well
as prepare the files (Orders, contracts, and other files) in the portal to be
needed in the report.
I also worked as an
appraisal data entry trainee for my friend for a year. My tasks are to assist
her complete the appraisal report by filling up the subject and contract
section, completing the comps grid, getting the zoning, and saving all
documents needed like county records and MLS files into the work file.
I also worked as a Call
Center Agent for a year. My duties are to cater to inquiries from our clients
and offer Insurance to potential clients. I also worked as an online
back-office staff in a loan appraisal company based in the US. My duties
include checking our clients' documents, informing and emailing them about their
lacking documents, and inputting their information into our system.
I also worked as a Human
Resource Coordinator in one of the local shopping malls here in the
Philippines. My duties include assisting HR managers with recruitment,
maintaining employee records, assisting with payroll processing, and providing
administrative support to all employees.
I am
proficient in MS office, ring central, ready mode, eyebeam, zoiper, slack, zoom,
skype
and remote desktop TOTAL Upgrade to see actual info mode.
