Proficient in Microsoft office, Google drive, sheet, docs, Customer Service, Phone Support, Email Management, with good command in English language both oral and written. I have experienced, excelled and able to met quota requirements set by my previous employers, as per my call center reigning days. I am flexible and keen to details and able to follow tasks quickly. My goal is to make sure my clients are 100% satisfied at the end of the contract. For me, life is a continuous process. Hence my background and skills would not be of much help to you, I welcome tasks as part of my learning. I can assure you that I can easily adapt to any sort of training or program that the job requires me to. I'm a person that requires minimum supervision once I've learned the ropes.
