Handle client’s major accounts 
? Make daily collection calls or send emails to follow up payments for overdue invoices  Make daily allocation of cash to update customers account 
? Proactively resolved the Unallocated Cash  
? Send monthly specific reports to customer to smoothen collections 
? Interact with Customer Service Team to resolve claims raised by customers 
? Interact with customers to resolve outstanding issues 
? Interact with the Sales Representatives as well as the Account Managers to resolve issues with the customer. 
? Perform reconciliation of accounts
