Profile Description

I have been working in the industry for a couple of years now. I have the skills to support customers either through phone, email or chat using the English language.  Being part of several forms of businesses it has taught me to be versatile and to handle pressure accordingly. This has also taught me to understand the there will always be room for improvements, and truly one should learn to give a lot of room for feedback and coaching. Because as what my superiors would say this is the only way to learn as you climb the ladder.
Since I study during the night I would prefer a morning job for now.
My experiences will help me play my part on your team. The goal is to become an asset and to help build the business. I have the capability to to see the big picture in making business related decisions where it will be about looking at a broader business perspective but at the same time stepping back to also see the other important little details.
