During my experience as a Virtual Assistant for a Property Management company, I’ve handled tasks in Lead Generation and Customer Service where I make a calling list for the sales team through data mining using real estate websites. I have also experience in handling inquiries and solving issues for short-term rentals, as well as escalating and submitting a report to the Property Manager.
What I’ve enjoyed the most about this job is the challenge of meeting the quotas set by the management and seeing that leads becomes new clients, and being able to provide a solution to the customer’s needs. I’ve achieved this by being determined, honest and passionate.
