Profile Description

My name is Rosalie but you can call me Salie. I have been in the customer service industry for about 7 years. I started my career in Sitel Philippines as a Dispute Resolution Specialist. We handled one of the 3 major credit reporting agencies in the USA. I became an Escalation specialist after 1.5years. My responsibilities includes upselling a package where they can monitor their credit score and report, take supervisory call both inbound and outbound aiming to provide a first call resolution. I also do call listening so in situations where the customer is complaining about the service that he/she received. After 2 years and 7 months I found a new opportunity with higher salary in TATA Consultancy Services. I was assigned as a Business Process Associate II. I handled one of the leading mortgage company in the USA. I was responsible in answering questions they had about their mortgage and escrow, receiving payments and advising them about their eligibility to refinance their home. I stayed in the company for 1 year and 3 months and the account got dissolved. So, I decided to work abroad and I chose Thailand. I got a job at Allianz Worldwide Partners here in Bangkok. I work as a claims consultant for travel and student insurance. We cater customers living in New Zealand. I assess their claims depends on the terms and conditions of their policy. I am responsible in updating them about their claim process and explain about the policy wordings. I have been in the company for 2 years and 5 months and I am happy. I work from 6am to 3pm on weekdays so I have a lot of time to spare in the afternoon and weekends. I do buy and sell for fun and for extra income. I buy Thai products and sell it in Philippines through online. I am looking for another job where I can get an extra income. I can dedicate my time on weekends and time from 5pm to 8pm on weekdays. I am confident to say that I am a fast learner and I am eager to learn new things.
