I am currently working as a customer service in one of the famous logistic company in the world. I started in the tracking skills which I track
customers packages. Customer called to ask if what is the status of their package and
check what are the best option to get their packages easily. after 1 year in tracking skills our company added new skills which we do investigate lost packages, we process scheduling pick up and ect. And now I'm in the Billing skills actually all skills that already includes tracking, investigation and assisting customers regarding their billing inquiries on their invoices. they pay their invoice with us and they question us if what are those charges that they are not aware of.
