Profile Description

I'm a 4-year graduate of Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education taking English as my major subject in the teaching profession. I  had my teaching experience at Famous Christian Academy located in Antipolo Philippines.

I worked in two different BPO companies for 6 years, and the experience was fantastic overall as I have improved in communicating with clients effectively providing immediate solutions to their concerns efficiently. I was awarded many times as a top agent in almost every awarding ceremony. 

I had my first 3 years of experience at Sutherland Global Services as a Subject Matter Specialist handling eBay North America. Then, as years go by, I moved to  TDCX as Airbnb Case Manager handling phone calls, chat and email support for an additional 2 years which gave me an overwhelming experience leading me to fully developed my skills as an independent person who can work without having so much dependency towards my leaders as I have become much more knowledgeable than I was back when I am still new to the industry. 

I also had some experiences in the crypto space running my own Social Media Page called "Bitmax", which focuses to help people understand bitcoin and cryptocurrencies. I normally would post a news update about blockchain technology and which cryptocurrency is best to buy at that time. I was a former project manager in a startup company we call "census.cx" a daughter company of StartupToken Ltd in the year 2020.

I'm very excited to grow and discover more of my talents and skill-set in any field of the industry I would be in today and in the future onwards.
