Profile Description

Being a Virtual Assistant in a Private Equity Firm and a Customer Service
Representative in a previous Call Center, I have exceptionally strong verbal
and written communication skills and an ability to listen/read, analyze, and
interpret customer's/client's feedback and relay clear, concise, and helpful
information and insights back to the customer/client and the general public. As
an assurance that my skills convey a personable and patient demeanor,
making the customer feel that they are talking to a knowledgeable individual
who genuinely cares for their concerns or issues.
 
I also can do Graphic designs, FB ads, Google ads, Landing Page Creation, Content Creation, Video Editing, Instagram Marketing, and Email Marketing. I am as well extremely proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint which will primarily use in responding to consumer mail, emails, and fax communications as well as in
drafting proposed procedures and processes that will lead to the provision of
improved customer service throughout the business.
 
In addition to that, I also have good practical problem-solving skills and an
ability to effectively interpret and process a variety of instructions and
requests provided in oral, written, diagrammatic, or scheduled form.
 
And lastly, I have strong and intuitive technological skills when it comes to
addressing and resolving their issues and concerns through technological
channels that are most convenient to them, being able to effectively use
various technological communication channels to establish communication with
customers/clients.
