I have worked in the BPO industry for almost 2 years and currently working as Service Desk in an International company for about 1 year now. I'm handling voice and email interactions and also chat with my users to follow up on their issues. I have been trained for good customer service and technical troubleshooting skills. We support technical issues of my company's US and Canadian employees and have a very wide scope of support from basic browser and company application issues to VPN and basic hardware issues.
With my lead role, I also deal with my people and do coaching sessions with them to help them improve and perform. With my previous company, I worked as a technical expert for a Known Laptop Brand for few months and then became a tech rep for a VOIP company in US.
I am very equipped with using MS Word and Excel. Basic knowledge on Network and Connectivity.
