5. Prepare year end Wages Reconciliation and STP Finalisation
6. Prepare year end lodgment of WorkCover
7. Prepare Quarterly Business Activity Statement (BAS) using Xero
8. Preparation and processing of quarterly and monthly employer superannuation obligations
(through Rest Super employer account, Host plus super and XERO superannuation)
9. Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, including the provision of month-end journals
10. Monthly processing of invoices from Receipt Bank or Dext (New Name) into Xero
11. Monthly Reconciliation of bank account
transactions in Xero cloud accounting system for Australian clients from
various industry
11. Preparation and processing of fortnightly and weekly wages, including maintenance of employee records
12. Processing of payroll data electronically to the ATO under Single Touch Payroll requirements
13. Exceptional time and management skills.
14. Proven problem solving and decision making to improve quality of service provided.
15. Knowledge in different business tools such as fiscal finance software,
