Profile Description

After graduation, I joined sUpgrade to see actual infoal industries such as agriculture, sales, micro-finance, and BPO. With my first 3 jobs, I learned how to work hard in order for me to reach my goals. I went above and beyond just for me to make sure that I will able to create a satisfactory performance during the reporting period. I was able to develop skills such as being a team player since those industries include group Upgrade to see actual infow with BPO, I would say that this industry helped me a lot in developing both my personal and social skills. My customer skills were developed as time goes by. With my experience as a representative, I learned to extend my patience and showed empathy to the customers and get involved to resolve their issues and concerns. Through this experience too, I got promoted and learned to adjust to different types of people including their different characteristics and attitudes. My problem-solving skills were improved as I get involved in resolving complicated issues both from the customers and from the team.
