I am Famiss Ctxufmofpj, I graduated at University of Southeastern Philippines took up Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management last 2018. While studying we have a lot of seminars and task done within the 4 years of being a student by that I slowly develop my skills in time management, problem solving and multi-tasking.
 
I had my on job training at Water Front Insular Hotel Davao my experience there was an eye opening and unforgettable moment for me as it was taught me many things and expose me in reality. The real meaning of time management, cooperation, performance, skills and attitudes are tested and mold me to a woman I become now. We entertain people, serves them and understand them more.

After I had finish my on the job training I decided not t to in line with my course to try something new, explore life and challenge my self which is to enter an industry which I think it was new for me and that was being a Customer Service Representative at Alorica Davao which we are dealing with a customer through emails doing follow-up, inquiries and complaints of people with a different culture and attitudes which leads me to develop my patience in dealing people and understand them well. Providing a solutions and every customers we had and able to help them on the things they needed to get the job they want which our company offer. Being with different people to deal with is also a risky task for me since I need to maintain a good rank/score to prove my self and others that I can provide a quality service as well as good results.

At my first week of being a Call Center Representative I don’t really have any idea on what work would I do but I will not allow that to be the reason to give up instead because of my eagerness and motivation to gain something and learn the things necessary to continue on my job I got to know the workflow of the industry that I’m in and stayed for the company for 11 months. 
Now, based on what I've been experience in my previous job it really help me to grow and show that I have potential and discover new things in myself and take a new step for my future.

I loved to learn new things and develop it by trying to do the step by step process and seek any information needed.
I know that there are a lot of people out there that have had years of experience of this industry and I also know that this kind of job is not that easy. As what I have mentioned above difficulties challenge me to strive hard to focus and understand well the process of this kind of job. As for my observation business/company nowadays are eager to find someone that has the ability to provide them with a quality service and outstanding results and I think if I have given a chance to let me show my ability and credibility it would be my stepping stone for my goals to achieve.For the meantime this are the following that I can do:
