I have more than 12 years of experience working in the Business Process Outsourcing industry particularly in the financial lines of business. I have extensive background in Risk Management, Compliance Testing, Loan Originations, Credit Bureau Reporting, and Customer Support (phone, email and chat support). Along the way, I learned and developed skills required in the various capacities I have handled such as:
- Quality Assurance (voice, email, chat and CRM platforms)
