I am a graduate of Accountancy and Bachelor of Laws. I am proficient in writing and speaking in English. I am also an expert in Microsoft Office. I am an experienced customer service representative for over 2 years in both email and call handling. Data entry, Email handling, Web research and Project organizing were part of my previous work. My tasks also includes the use of Zendesk and I was a part of the Customer Support Project. I am a very determined, goal oriented, highly motivated and a responsible woman. I can dedicate a sufficient number of hours for any job. I am willing to go above and beyond to complete my tasks and I continue to strive for excellence.
