2. Providing troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems of the workstation, servers and other peripherals such as repair or replacing parts that are needed.
3. Knowledgeable in Active Directory, Backups ( Windows Backup, Acronis, vSphere Vcenter )
4. Knowledgeable in VMware vSphere
5. Experience with VPN solutions including PFSense, Sophos and Cisco
6. Experience Working with Office 365
7. Experience supporting with different machine providers such as HP and Dell
8. Experience in Setting up workstation such as installing peripherals on workstation. Installing and configuring software's needed for a workstation
9. Maintaining Workstations and Servers, Optimizing their performance and making sure that they are up to date
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment , work in multiple task effectively and eagerness to grow and improve my skill set.
