Profile Description

I have been working in the BPO industry for nine years. I have experienced to be a part of the back office team where in we process orders and leads and been doing outbound calls to customers which is part of the process we do. I have been a Technical Support Representative as well with an American account where in we provide assistance in troubleshooting the devices of the customer. I became a Sales Representative
as well, from pitching and closing a sale to processing the order the entry and have experienced to offer upgrades. My recent experience is Customer Service, i have been doing it for five years now.
