I have been a virtual assistant for more than 4 years now and I've handled a wide variety of tasks, from virtual HR/Payroll for a luxury retail store to handling escrow files for a real estate client.
I am well versed in using applications such as Microsoft office, different CRM tools, Canva and many more. Basic VIDEO EDITING is also one of my skills.
Prior to becoming a VA, I've been a call center representative for over 5 years. With that being said, I have gained knowledge and experience in dealing with high-level clients; providing them updates and reports on a daily basis.
I am hardworking, confident & I value integrity. I always keep a “to-do list” to make sure that I am on track with deadlines and to ensure that I turn over my work on or ahead of the deadline without compromising the quality.
