Utilizing these by intelligent relay of information about products, services, and their policies and/or procedures determines the further process to be undertaken and keeps all conversation within business.SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY. This might sound odd for a professional overview but working in facility management is different from corporate. Imagine handling 4 compounds live by diverse residents under housing contract with different concerns and culture whom you face daily, working with community-based relationship to your clients helps your business flow lighter. That happens by volunteering on compound events. People normally gain trust seeing the face behind the voice they deal with daily, over phone, email and social media, most of the time.APPLICATION. I use Microsoft and Apple application on my daily transactions including word processing, spreadsheet and presentation. I also create video loops via powerpoint/keynote for announcement and do simple video editting when needed in events.
