Profile Description

I've been in a financing company for over five years now. I was assigned to different types of tasks and a lot of experiences I had encountered every day. aside from my task, I was chosen as an Area Team Leader in our Department.
Below, are the job descriptions of my tasks:
Loan Processor and Treasury Assistant
• Call clients and confirm the approved amount, the interest rate, the monthly amortization, how much is the estimated net proceeds, what will be the due date, and remind clients what to bring in prior to release the loan proceeds
• Double-checking the details and pieces of information of the clients in the CRM
• Data uploading
• Encode the final computations in the programmed system such as the interest rates, the commissions, and the net proceeds
Email the documents of the computed accounts to loans department
• Assist clients in the signing of legal documents such as a promissory note, disclosure statements, chattel mortgage, voluntary surrender, deed of assignment (dacion in pago), special power of attorney, and etc.
Email the documents to check preparation department
• Verifying the authenticity of the identification cards which the clients presented especially the Official Receipt and Certificate of Registration of the Unit (for collateral loan only)
• Examine and compare the signatures of clients
• Turnover of legal documents to document processor for it to be notarized, to be entered at ROD as well as at LTO to be encumbered
• Monitoring of accounts
Treasury Assistant
• Custodian of the branch’s total revolving fund
• Count, tally and compute the total available fund and cash advances
• Make a summary report of the liquidated cash advances
• Request a check request for fund replenishment
• Make a cancelation report for canceled checks
• Print the onsite check through online
• Release clients check proceeds
• Encoding of check proceeds and check vouchers for loan proceeds, agents commission checks, and expenses checks
• Make a request for additional onsite checks
• Make requests through CRM
• Make a monthly report of the total released account for the month
• Make a pull check request in the system
