I am an English Major. I’m tech savvy and I can navigate the internet fast and accurately. I know how to use online and social media platforms well and I can make your work easier for you. I can also create designs and use canva. I can do video and photo editing. I have strong communication skills both written and spoken. I worked as a customer service representative and I was one of the top performers consistently. I took a paid training for an Amazon FBA course.
I have worked as a data entry before. Where I've handled customer's order. I have also attended seminars for virtual assistant roles with email management and such.
English has always been my favorite subject since I was a little girl. I always teach my self new words everyday and I never stop learning. I got a perfect score on our impromptu when I was in my senior high school days.
I have no experience yet with these type of work but I've had a few background when I was still studying.
I've worked at a BPO company before and we were required to upsell items and VIPS.
