I have attended a training in medical transcription and also have worked in a call center in an outbound account. The nature of the job was to call out people having difficulty in paying their mortgages so we offer them our services regarding investigation for them to have mortgage modifications.It takes a lot of convincing ability and being genuine to earn the trust of the client and good communication skills to convey to the client the services offered. I am confident that I have handled all the calls efficiently w/ positive attitude and courtesy. With constant use of English language, I can say that my ability to speak and write has really
improved.
I am proficient w/ the use of Microsoft Windows and can effectively navigate the internet to seek for further information and well-organized for faster work. I must admit that no one is a master of all things, and so am I, but rest assured that I can learn fast and be better in what I am taught to do.
