Profile Description

Experienced Sales and Marketing Admin Assistant.
• Simple to complex data entry tasks
• Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities
• Ensure everything are carried out efficiently and within agreed budget
• Report all marketing activities and result to management
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers
• Identify potential customers for new business
• Respond to customer inquiries
• Serve as a source of customer and product information
• Research customer and company details and enter data in CRMs and other data management applications.
• Cleanup CRMs, export and import data and generate daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Experienced Software QA / Software Tester
• Document test cases.
• Record test progress and results.
• Perform risk analysis.
• Create test plans.
• Develop standard processes to determine product quality and readiness
• Discover software bugs and errors
• Streamline overall testing processes
• Identify, isolate and track bugs throughout testing
• Identify any potential problems that user might encounter
• Research new tools, technologies and testing processes.

Personal experience in
• Shopify / eCommerce - website creation and management, product uploads, theme customization, order fulfillment
• FB Ads - creation of ads, adsets and campaigns, targeting and re-targeting correct audience for corresponding products
• Basic image and video editing - basic editing vector images using Canva, CorelDraw and Photoshop, basic video editing for FB ads
