- More than 7 years of professional experience in corporate accounting, financial reporting, auditing, bookkeeping, budgeting, cost control, variance analysis, payroll administration and monthly close activities
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English
- Rapidly adapt to new technologies and proficient in these Accounting & General Software:
> Accounting Software: MYOB, Quickbooks Desktop & QB Online, XERO, AvidXchange AP Solution
> Payroll Software: ADP, Gusto, iSolved HCM, Payroll Processors, MYOB Essentials
> Real Estate Software: Buildium, Propertyware, Caliber Software, ServiceCEO, Property Tree, Eagle CRM Software
> Google Workspace: Gmail, GDrive, GSheets, GDocs, GCalendar, GMeet, GChat
> Microsoft Workspace: Outlook, OneDrive, MS Excel, MS Word, Calendar, MS Teams
> CRM & Communication Software: Zendesk, Slack,
