I am an enthusiastic and reliable individual who has 8 years of experience in providing professional and efficient high-quality service.
I have excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills. I am skilled in communicating with clients over the phone, email, and chat. I am very flexible and I can multi-task in a fast-paced environment. 

I do have a mix of experience and paying close attention to detail.

I worked as a Sales Representative for more than 6yrs we usually deal with customers in person and over the phone, we sell our products in Malls.
I also worked as a Technical Support Representative and as an IT Service Desk Analyst for more than 5 years, we handle computers, we support customers over the phone by helping them fixing their computers any Hardware, Software, Network connectivity,  including VPN related issues.
