Responsibilities:
1. Supervise assigned employees to make sure that they perform according to Company standards and that they meet client metrics and goals.
2. Provide floor/production assistance for any product/program-related question and inquiries, answers to tool and system navigation issues.
3. Handles escalation arising from agent calls and resolve issues as deemed appropriate.
4. Provide feedback and coaching to assigned employees to assess their performance and assist them in meeting quality performance.
5. Communicate any program and company related updates to employees.
6. Train employees on usage of tools, company/product knowledge and information.
7. Mentor, coach and develop employees.
